Kevin Onizuk started in the lending industry in 1994. His career in the mortgage business started as a top producing loan officer and he has gone on to become a leader in organizations that have originated and managed billions of dollars in lending volume. He is recognized as an industry expert and has been a featured speaker and trainer in industry events across the country. He has been a featured columnist for The Scotsman Guide magazine, hosts a radio talk show on mortgage lending, published a weekly Realtor marketing newsletter, and is recognized as a “problem solver” within the industry. Kevin is also a qualified trainer for the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) new home buyer program.

Kevin uses his thorough understanding of the loan process and real estate industry to provide outstanding support and service to his customers and referral partners. Kevin is dedicated to finding the best products, programs and interest rates for all of his clients. His belief in open, honest communication facilitates the smoothest loan process available from application, to approval, to closing.

In 2013 Kevin was elected to the James City County VA Board of Supervisors where he served as the Jamestown District Supervisor and Chairman of the BOS. He also served the local community as the Chairman of the Board of the Williamsburg Area Destination Marketing Committee (WADMC) and as a board member of the James City County Service Authority and the Williamsburg Area Chamber and Tourism Alliance.

Kevin lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with his family, including his wife Jamie, his two daughters Makenzie and Raegan, and his son Chase. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his kids, reading, exercising, and outdoor activities.
